Please include a completed exchange/return form along with a copy of the original invoice/package slip. If you are exchanging, please indicate item, size, color and so forth.
Return Policy:
• Items ordered between 10/1-10/31 are not returnable. Items ordered after 10/31 must be return within 2 weeks (14 days).
• 15% restocking fee (minimum $5).
• Item(s) must be in original packaging. Worn and/or used items cannot be returned. Lingerie and intimate apparel cannot be returned.
